| The Division Manager is the one most directly involved in a specific issue; for example, in case of disciplining a coach, this would be the Division Manager for the division in which that coach's team was playing. The President will serve as the third member when no particular Division Manager is appropriate. In the event of conflict of interest, or where the discipline involves one of the members of the committee or a player related to them, the President will serve on the committee in place of that member. Anyone who has a connection with the person being disciplined, e.g. a Division Manager who is also the manager of a team whose coach is being disciplined, should consider themselves in a conflict of interest position. |
