The weekend for the start of the regular season varies depending on age group and skill tier. As well, the practices for Gold and Senior teams may start several weeks in advance of the start of scheduled matches.
Field usage at Braefoot and Reynolds Parks as per the Practice Schedule comes into effect during the second week of September.
Match schedules for in-house teams (U5-U10) are determined by Lakehill. Match schedules for tiered and Senior teams are determined by their respective Leagues. Practice schedules for all Lakehill teams are determined by the Lakehill Technical Director and Field Coordinator.
Availability of Lakehill fields for practices and matches are determined by the Field Coordinator. Field closures due to poor conditions are posted on this page. Field status should be checked by 4:00 p.m. on practice days, and by 7:30 a.m. on match days.
The regular season for Gold teams usually starts on the second weekend in September. The Club Calendar will provide this information when it is known. Coaches and/or Division Managers will contact players. The schedule for Gold teams is established and maintained by Lower Island Soccer Association (LISA).
The regular season for Silver and Bronze teams usually starts on the third weekend in September. The Club Calendar will provide this information when it is known. Coaches and/or Division Managers will contact players. The schedule for Silver and Bronze teams is established and maintained by Lower Island Soccer Association (LISA).
The regular season for non-tiered teams usually starts on the fourth weekend in September. The Club Calendar will provide this information when it is known. Coaches and/or Division Managers will contact players. Team formation for U11 and younger age groups will usually be conducted at this first session. The schedule for U11 and U12 teams is established and maintained by Lower Island Soccer Association (LISA). The schedule for U10 and younger age groups is developed and administered by Lakehill.
