Refund Request Form

 

Fall/Winter season refunds will be given to players withdrawing before October 2nd each season. All withdrawals are subject to a $25 withdrawal processing fee. Withdrawals submitted after season starts will be deducted all applicable league fees.

Players selected to play BC Premier League (HPL) will be waived the withdrawal fees.
