VIPL Feedback on Tier2 Pilot Project

This year the two Island youth soccer "Districts" (LISA and UISA) introduced a new league called VIPL which aimed to provide a level of play between current District Gold and the top tier BCSPL (also known as "HPL"). Lakehill placed two teams in VIPL for the 2011/2012 season. The Lower Island District would like to hear from you on VIPL as they look to expand the league to other age groups in the 2012/2013 season.

We are soliciting feedback on the VIPL league in a number of ways:
