The concession Manager duties are:
- Manage the day to day activities of the concession
- Post a weekly (Sat - Fri) volunteer schedule in the concession.
- Bring and take back float to/from concession every Saturday and Sunday. No float or money to reside in concession overnight, or on weekdays.
- Print out, number and bring to/from concession when required Concession Shop Passes in $5 and $10 denominations for sale on Saturday and Sundays only.
- Manage fridge temperature recording - make sure volunteers are recording this information.
- Ensure First Aid kit is available and replenish when required.
- Coordinate teenage volunteers (non paid, just experience for school credit) for gaps in concession schedule during game times.
- Coordinate / oversee the Stock Manager for supplies
- Manage the Float and the income, provide reports via Quicken or some other detailed book keeping system
- Submit record of transactions & profit to the Finance Director each month.
- Provide a Criminal Record Check
- Provide a contact phone number in the concession for questions or emergencies.
- Have FOOD Safe or will take the course soon after accepting the position.
