Boot Swap Organizers select a date and time for the event, and inform the volunteer director, mini coordinator, and all available division managers. This date and time would be posted on the club website. Typical dates/times would be September the Saturday before the mini program starts, and after winter break, when the mini season starts up again.

Organizers would also be there at the event to manage it.
